Catford Property Shop officially launch on Monday 2nd April 2007. Our aim is to provide the highest standard of service to our customers. We aim to be the specialist in the area providing innovative efficient professional service to all.
Our Background
One of our founder members was born in Lewisham and has lived in the borough of Lewisham for 36 years, 20 of which were in Catford. He has been involved in property since 1993 buying, letting, developing, managing and selling property and has worked locally in the industry for over 8 years with one of the major agents and local independent agencies.
Our Aim
Our aim is to offer trustworthy, honest, reliable, friendly and personal service to all of our customers. We have an innovative and efficient operation system using the latest technology to provide a fast, efficient and flexible service. Our agents work with WAP technology, laptops, blackberry phones and PC’s so we can respond to enquiries immediately.

Our aim is to provide that personal service unlike many companies today we aim to get back to that one to one service but with the support of the rest of the team. Our customers will deal with one consultant from the outset and will be given their direct line number, mobile and email, but knowing that if they cannot contact them the support is there.

Upload our residential sales and letting property details at a click of a button to our website and all the top websites, we are continually assessing the requirements of customers and depending on this we will consider adding others to the upload facility.
